A letter from the Founder & CEO

I got my first real sales job back in 2014 as an ISA with the Spencer Hasch Team in San Antonio, TX.

My job description? 120 dials per day from the corner of a cramped conference room.

I truly had no idea what I was doing with my life at the time. I was broke, desperate and simply had to figure it out.

I didn't realize then, but this position ended up being the most priceless job experience I could have ever asked for. Over the course of the following 4 years, I was able to hone the skill of having real, meaningful conversations with complete strangers over the course of hundreds of thousands of phone calls.

Everything that I learned deep in the trenches on the phone is now being applied to serving our Clients at the highest level.
