Andy Cole has been in the real estate space for 10 years now. He got his first real estate job out of college as an ISA for The Spencer Hasch Team in San Antonio, TX. The job description was 120 dials a day from the corner of a conference room. Andy did that for 3 years, setting 100 appointments per month, buy and sell side for the majority of those 3 years. When all was said and done, Andy’s appointments were accounting for 55% of all closings for a 90m a year team doing 400 transactions per year. Andy moved on to be a Listing Agent in 2017 where he did 16.5m in his first year on 95 sides as a Listing Agent. In 2017, he realized that he enjoyed the systems and inside sales stuff a lot more than working as an Agent, which is ultimately what led him to start 0260 Labs.
